I had a dilemma deciding on which room to stay in at this hotel as it didn't have a manual lock from the inside. While the rooms were good, they were unfortunately full of cockroaches.
The hotel is located in the heart of Alkapuri away from the hustle & bustle, offering a guarantee of great sleep with very good surroundings. The rooms are pretty old fashioned and run-down but ensure peace, although they were smaller than expected. Service struggles to meet expectations but is delivered by very nice staff. The dining experience was good, although some items were really stale. Facilities are functional and include homemade sausages.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and immaculately clean. The washroom was so hygienic, and the elegant decor in warm tones made it feel so cozy. The only downside was the lack of a manual lock from the inside. The staff, especially Bhadra, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location in Alkapuri was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being in the heart of Vadodara.
